Mississippi Terrace at Bass Pro

Mississippi Terrace will open in the Bass Pro Shops at the Pyramid’s Big Cypress Lodge later this Fall. The outdoor lounge will feature a copper-top bar, oversized upholstered seating, firepits, music, and craft cocktails.

Mixed-Use on South Main

A mixed-use development with 38 studio and one-bedroom apartments ranging from 400-1,300 sqft and 7,000 sqft retail space will be located in between Union Ave. and Barbaro Alley on South Main St.

7 Unit Apartments on North Mclean

Plans have been submitted for 7 apartment units and 750 sqft of ground-floor retail at 569 N. Mclean. Additionally, there will be 15 parking spaces, including 12 on-site and 3 on the street.

Mixed-Use on Madison Ave

A mixed-use development planned for 1270 Madison, will provide 108 apartments with 111 parking spaces and 2,784 sqft of retail space. There will be 84 one-bedroom units and 24 one-bedroom units.

Parish Grocery

Parish Grocery po’boy shop to be located at 1545 Overton Park Ave, will offer a traditional New Orleans-style menu and sno-balls. They will be open breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.

Kohesian

Kohesian, a new Korean fusion restaurant is set to open in Germantown’s Thornwood development mid-October. The menu will feature a Korean take on burgers, tacos, sandwiches, and burritos.

Eight & Sand

The famous restauranters Andrew Ticer and Michael Hudman will open Eight and Sand bar in early October in the new Central Station Hotel downtown. More details to follow.

Bishop

Andrew Ticer and Michael Hudman will open a French brasserie named Bishop in the new Central Station Hotel downtown in November. The menu will include French-inspired dishes and French wine.

Eggxactly Breakfast and Deli

Eggxactly Breakfast and Deli will include signature dishes like turkey meatloaf, the Eggxactly chicken salad, and traditional breakfast favorites. Now open and located on 1248 Marlin Road in Whitehaven.

Memphis Made Co.

Memphis Made Brewery Co. will be opening another location in the Edge District on 435 Madison Ave. This space will provide a taproom, a patio deck overlooking the Ravine-a planned public park.

Dee O's Seafood

The successful DeeO’s Seafood will soon open a second restaurant in Midtown. They are known for their unique seasonings and flavors they put into the shrimp boil, as well as crab, lobster and salmon.

Let it Fly Sports Bar

Memphis assistant basketball coach Mike Miller opened Let it Fly in Germantown October 7th. The sports bar will feature traditional pub fare, barbecue, televisions and 2 golf simulator bays.

Soccer City 901

Soccer City 901 will feature an outdoor soccer complex open to the public with a patio. The restaurant will provide multiple TVs, ample seating, a menu of American and Tex-Mex food with beer and liquor available.
