COOPER YOUNG WINE BAR

Knifebird, Cooper Young’s newest wine bar, opened June 11th in the strip center containing Urban Outfitters. It will feature wine, cocktails, and charcuterie.

58-unit apartment complex to be located on Peabody Ave in Midtown.

PUCK FOOD HALL ON S. MAIN

Puck Food Hall opened May 30th on South Main. The 8000-square foot space hosts multiple food and drink vendors.

38-unit apartment building approved for Southaven, to be located adjacent to mixed-use building housing Mesquite Chop House and Lost Pizza Co.
