Google Development Center

Google plans to open an operations center in northwestern Mississippi which is expected to create 350 jobs and open by late 2020.

Germantown Parkway Project

Construction to begin on 12,000 sqft. building on South Germantown Parkway near Agricenter Internation, likely to house between 5 to 8 tenants for restaurants and retail.

Fam Asian Restaurant

Downtown Asian restaurant, Fam, will open a new location at 521 S. Highland St. near the U of M that will feature fast-casual Asian food.

Boards to Beer

Pending the Kickstarter campaign, Memphis could have a new board game bar, Boards to Beers. Located near the Benjamin L. Hooks Central Library off Poplar Avenue if the requirement is met by January 25th.

Flava House

Flava House, a hookah lounge and restaurant opened at 95 S. Main St. Their menu boasts an array of cuisines, of which the “Slappin Salmon Sandwich” and lamb chops are prominently featured.

Chef Tam’s Underground Café

Chef Tam’s Underground Café has relocated to a larger space in the Edge District, at 668 Union Ave. The menu will include favorites from the popular Cooper-Young location as well as new creations.
