Midtown Apartment Project

A medical office at 1750 Madison Ave will be transformed into a 6-story apartment building with 52 units, 8,000 sqft of ground-level retail and restaurant space. The basement will feature a gym, storage, and a salon.

Moxy Hotel

Moxy hotel is now open on North Main Street near Court Square. Hotel guests will have a unique experience of being greeted with games in the lobby, which doubles as a bar, and served a cocktail while checking in.

Memphis Hot Biscuits/Camel Oasis

Memphis Hot Biscuits/Camel Oasis will feature breakfast and lunch from 6 a.m to 2 p.m. and will then transition into a bar with traditional pub food till close. To open mid to late December 2019.

Hernando's Hide-A-Away

Hernando’s Hide-A-Way in Whitehaven has been revitalized by musician Dale Watson. The bar will mirror his Long Island restaurant, Inferno Roadside Grill, offering burgers and sandwiches with a honky-tonk feel.

Curb Market Deli

Curb Market in Crosstown Concourse has now added Deli to its name. They will be serving unique sandwiches and steamed subs with Boar’s Head meats and cheeses.

Voodoo Cafe Coffee & Beignets

Voodoo Cafe Coffee and Beignets has expanded its food truck business to a storefront located 2780 Bartlett Blvd. They serve a variety of voodoo doll shaped beignets and delicious coffee.

Fannie Lou’s Gourmet Chicken & Waffles

Kevin Matthews of Cheesecake Corner has now opened Fannie Lou’s Gourmet Chicken & Waffles at 500 Tennessee St. The menu features modern soul food with a side of waffles and decadent grits.
